Movie hunk Orlando Bloom has been crowned the world's sexiest man by British teenagers.

The English actor has rocketed to stardom over the past year thanks to performances as the elf Legolas in Lord of the Rings, Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl and upcoming epic Troy.

And now his pin-up status has been confirmed by readers of teen magazine Bliss, who deem Bloom the "fittest man" alive.

Meanwhile, British glamour model Jordan has been hailed the "fittest girl" and Crashed the Wedding hitmakers Busted have bagged the "favourite band" honour.
