Update: Stone Roses' Ian Brown not in Goblet of Fire On Saturday we reported The Observer in the UK had printed that Ian Brown, formerly a musician in the Manchester rock group Stone Roses, had landed a role in the next Harry Potter film, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, as "a wizard with gold teeth". Fan website Mugglenet is reporting today that Warner Bros. has told them that Ian Brown has not been cast in the movie. Ian Brown on magazine cover from 2000 Although several readers have suggested, since the story broke on Saturday, that "a wizard with gold teeth" could be referring to Amos Diggory or Igor Karkarof, no one has been able to verify "a wizard with gold teeth" in the book, so it was a good bet this rumor was untrue in the first place.
